Dr. Alexis M. Sinyama, Executive Director
Dr. Alexis Sinyama has a Bachelor of Medicine\Surgery(MB. Ch. B) from the University of Zambia. He received his post graduate Diploma in psychiatry in 1989 from Victoria University in Great Britain.
Dr. Alexis Sinyama has had extensive manpower development training from the Graduate School of Business in Cape Town, South Africa. Alexis volunteered as president of the Gideons International, Mazabuka chapter at its formation from 1996 to 1997.
As of May 2010, Dr. Alexis Sinyama retired from his role as Estate Medical Officer of Zambia Sugar where he worked for 18years. He now spends most of his time at Ebenezer developing and leading the execution of strategic initiatives at Ebenezer. Dr. Sinyama is an active member of the Mazabuka community.

Mrs. Peggy M. Sinyama, Academic Advisor
Mrs. Peggy Sinyama has over 30years teaching experience working in the Zambian school education system. She has worked as a science teacher, specializing in Biology and Chemistry. Peggy is a natural practical teacher who has always been able to explain difficult problems in a simple and understandable manner. Peggy brings academic excellence & simplicity to the Ebenezer teaching model.
Peggy is a graduate from the University of South Africa with a degree in Social Work.
She spends most of her time at the school providing on ground practical academic direction and ensuring that the school curriculum continues to;

Other members of the team are Tabo Sinyama, Kay Sinyama, Nyambe Sinyama, Alex Sinyama and Mundia Sinyama who currently provide an advisory role to the management team.
